The 17mm nut makes it so much easier for removal or if you're using a torque wrench for proper torque installation. This filter is on my 2022 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE.

Haven't used it yet, just wanted to have one here for when I do need it. Still got a couple of thousand more miles to add to the bike before the next Oil change. But I'm pretty sure the filter is going to do what it's supposed to do.

Worked perfectly for my 2018 street triple RS. It's a k&n. It's great. The old filter was a beast to get off. Had to do the screwdriver trick to get it unstuck. But I'm not worried a bit now that I need to change oil again. Not only am I happy with the performance over the last 2500 miles but taking it off will be a piece of cake. For $15? For this performance and ease of use? Can't beat it.
